I can. That is different package. That is only supra and 4,44,32. Cannot put it in 4.44.31. I am asking standart 4,44 and 4,45 psdz contains them or not

Standard BMW PSdZ(SDP) never contain data for Toyota Supra. Supra is only in ISTA4J29, link already posted(that what you ignored).

Here people were uploading ista 4.32 etc. With them I was programming supras.
How can I put that psdz posted above into ista? I have ista 4.39 with 4,44,31 psdz blp. Can I unarchive 4,44,32 supra psdz to that already excited psdz? How to make it work?

You can not update Supra with ISTA 4.39.xx, why you will mixed up PSdZ from BMW and Supra? Use PSdZ from Supra with E-Sys in separated folder and done.

Question 1. Will that psdz be enough for coding too?
Question 2. In ista 4.32 supra updating was enabled. Cannot I enable it in 4.39 standalone too?

Of course it's full. I contains only 1 car. Also only one i-level.
