Today I connected k-dcan I opened ista-d on BMW e71 when was ista reading modules somehow frm of the car got bricked , is there any way to make it work again

sure it is a simple job , but you need a programmer.
this is not the fault from your cable this is a software fault from BMW in models from year 2010-2011
it happens when error delete or battery disconnect.
if you have a programmer you can fix it easy

It's bricked because of low voltage, not from ISTA!
