Mazda CX30 2020 Diagnostics does not connect - Nikabov - 20-02-2024
hi all. The car arrived for diagnostics, I tried to connect using launch and autel without success. This is my first time encountering a Mazda, please tell me which direction to go

Need PassThru and MDARS app/subscription.
Contact Autel/Launch if you think your device should have supported this model too..

i can connect to other car, problem is not in diagnostic device

Problem, most probably, IS in your diagnostic device - it does not support communication protocols used in this car. Most probably there is DoIP in this car.
Or have you successfully connected to other vehicles from the list I provided above, and only THIS PARTICULAR CX-30 could not be read?
