Why bother if it can be done by 3rd party?

I know the solution to virginize kafas4 myself. But I would like to know, if the dealer can program a used KAFAS4 with his ISTA online? Or am I the only solution with my non-ISTA solution.

In my experience, no, dealer cannot program used Kafas4
