When you have WInKfp or Ista flash it new or i can make DTC off and you can test it.

46d1 off, checksums need corrected, what tool are you using for read/write ?

Hi mate
AFAIK this dtc mean eeprom has bad checksum not flash
so need to be fixed in eeprom
