Grandpa's Citroen Jumper Visteon needs EGR OFF - autoconnect - 16-03-2024

Hi, I need to disable the egr citroen jumper2 2006, what can I do it with? Does anyone have experience with Visteon?
I tried to do it in EGR Remover but it doesn't work sad
