Remove N63tu 550i xdrive speed limiter - 849 - 28-07-2015

Have any of you figured out how to either remove or increase the speed limited on an F10 xdrive that is set to 137 mph rather than the 155 mph set for no xdrive. I believe the parameter vmax can be altered but only with a km reading less than 10. Any work arounds?

You needs reset counter hours ecu and coding via esys v-max 327km/h.
Reset counter possible via ecu explorer or other ecu tool .

Removed itself. Useless since you you can get far higher quality tools from much more respectable companies with far greater ability for far more restricted. I'm a flash tuner and get clients all the time looking to just increase their VMax and I can't say enough. It's either pay $9k and remove the speed limiter or do 15 mins more work and fully tune the car paying $1100-1200 instead of $9k.
I have owned ECU explorer, for years but so very very ever try and use it since it still requires a physically open board to connect to the boot pin.

This device does not do msd85 on F series yet. There is no tools , which can do msd85, msd87, msv90 at that moment.
I also have this device, and its software - is the best to do working hours, isn, km change, vin change. And with this tool very actual question is to remove speed limit on cars, that come from USA

Sorry for late response.
There are two devices out there, that can do msd85, msd87, msv90.
I need the ecu on the bench, but not necessary to open it.
So nobody will see anything on the hardware.

If somebody like - just let me know smile
