RE: Autohex II Technical Support & Feedback - Henos - 17-10-2017

I wouldn't recommend this tool to any one
Since my bad experience with this company/tool
I bought the ISN version (cheapest) to obviously change DME/cas isn
That's all I needed from this tool
Unfortunately this tool can't provide the service as described and now I need to "upgrade"
For another 1000$ to be able to do that.
Maybe it's a good tool but their service is quite dodgy and now I got stuck with 3k$ useless machine.
So I recommend to any one who thinks to buy this tool for the isn feature , don't do that.

You bought the cheapest version and it doesnt have a full functionality? What a let down from this deceiving company!

That $1,000 upgrade will gain you the ability to earn 100 fold on your investment. Don't be discouraged or encouraged by competitors who would love to tarnish their good reputation. No tool is 100% as technology keeps evolving but these guys do a hell of a job. Not sure of your environment but at our shop this tool paid for itself, full edition within 90 days, now nothing but profit - can't ask for more than that [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]

RE: Autohex II Technical Support & Feedback - Henos - 19-10-2017

Yes i paid for the chepest version because i dont need the other expensive version, im using other tools for all that stuff...
i bought the cheepest version just for EDITING ISN ON DME AND CAS!
thats what they offering for the chepest version and thats why i gave it a try.
unfortunately i need to program the DME before i can read the ISN, and that they never mentioned before.

SO i used vvdiprog (400$) tool and did the job in 5min, so please guys dont try to make me look like a stuipd... they couldnt say they were wrong and couldnt refund me back so now im going to make dispute unfortunately...

Hi.
May I ask what ecu where you trying to read the isn ?
I am using the same tool but full package and I haven't encounter any problem on isn reading from ecu or cas. And they always attend to me on skype for support.
Bought mine in June and already recovered more than 60% of the cost.
I know they are many tools out there but since I start using Autohex my heart does not bit fast when doing bmw.
My own view.
Hope things will be sorted on your side.
All the best

Sometimes AH says that the DME has to be updated to the newest version before the ISN can be read, I guess this is what happened to you. In any case you dont need AH to update DME, there are other ways.

RE: Autohex II Technical Support & Feedback - Henos - 20-10-2017

I tried to read isn sk on MSV 80 for matching with cas.
couldnt read it without any dme update\program...
contact with one of the guys there about that and he said that he cant help me with that, and i need to pay more for getting that option.
im just feeling like i got screwed up because they saying something and they dont stand up behaind that...
