Remove all traces of software Clip you have installed now, remove also from C:\ and also from registry, install v117, sonde CAN and ISO drivers, make a diag on a car see it is ok, and after that you install a newer version by Mise a jour ( not complete install but MAJ )
Should be ok, now firmware must update ... If not, bad luck ... |

Yes it will surely work after you install v117 and v117 is ok, v132 will also work !
