As far is i know, 3.1.0 is full of bugs. mostly when you cant press button on the bottom to start test plan, at least in original ODIS 3.1.0

I must say its realy sad that we have to fight bad programing of odis.

Officially from version 3.1.x the Odis works only under 64bit, Vag she stopped the suport for 32bit.....
