Anybody having this error appear on the screen
"The connection to one of the required databases could not be established. Please check DSS #00046632EN for further trouble shooting."
Try this it worked for me.
Instead of having Rheingold folder in Documents or on a external drive, move the Rheingold folder straight to "C" drive
Error disappeared.

You need to right click on the on the downloaded Rheingold zip file (standalone) and choose properties then click the unblock option.

Then you will not get the error after you unzip the files

All the files where unblocked
All the files where there in SQLiteDBs folder as a lot of people said the same thing.

I also had the files in then c: root my issue was the unblocked either way good to know

try in c and d hard drive still same
unblock the sqlite and use 7zip and stil same error.

Check if you have .Netframework 4.7.0, to 4.7.1 or 4.7.2
and check if you have VCRedist x86 and VCRedist x64 installed from version 2005 to 2017
