Hi lads,i have in my garage citroen picasso c4 2008,problem is wipers,one day left side wiper stop working,so custumer bought second hand slave unit,still same not working,when he took car to me i put diagbox and have 2 faults in master right side unit,jamming,mechanical fault,so i bought second hand unit fitted to car,now no faults in memory,but wipers not working,when activatig manualy it says cant perform test,and i notice sometimes it loosing comunications with unit,i need wiring diagrams for wipers,any help ,thanks

Hi mate,
I think that if you changed wiper mechanism, please check the geared motor wires. Is happening the wires are touching the motion mechanism and therefore wears appear.
* Remove the wiper arms, then the scuttle panel and engine bay fuse box cover. There are two separate wiper motors; basically a Master and a Slave.
* Check the connector between them and clean it.
* Or, if the mechanism was stuck, check the geared motor.
...Anyhow, disassemble it and eventually put power supply directly.
