egr is closed all related dtc deleted

why don't you show 100%

or explain why is 60%

tested just now; dtc deleted but engine tr still at 3000 tr; no power
any idea .?

After egr off in those cars you have to disconnect plug (fit blanking plates), otherwise valve remains opened 100% and car has no power and produce a lot of black smoke...
