Communication software error / Xentry C4
XENTRY 06/21 with C4. Short test runs through. At the end the error message comes and DAS is closed. No matter whether the C4 is connected with cable or wirelessly. OBD cable is also not. With another the same. If I take another C4, it works. So it is because of the C4. When it is connected, it also pulls firmware updates very often. So it is the C4. Can someone help? Thanks!
