I recently purchased Odis version 2.23 and have installed it to my computer (windows 8). Unfortunately I keep getting an error when trying to launch. Error = "unable to determine hardware ID"

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you tried to use the compatibility mode function and to launch is as windows 7??????????

Do you have original files or copy of copy of copy?
Do you have Java installed?
Do you have strict AUC installed? have you tried running as Admin?

Hi, i got odis s 4.2.3 full but i get invalid hardware id,so it is impossile to generate registration key.Any idea?I would apreciate.Tried set up in both windows 7 ,32 and 64 with no chance

its seem your launcher and keygen generator is different
