I own Audi Q3 F3 with DKTC engine, DQ500 0DL gearbox and Haldex diff. After about one month the dealer done an oil change at Haldex (obviously without cleaning the Haldex pump filter, because it is not planned to do so by official maintenance guide) the car started to make a loud thump noise after putting in reverse coming from the rear of the car. After the noise, the car wont make it again instantly. I have to do some kilometers before the problem happens again. It only happens when I'm going in reverse and having the car cold or warm doesn't make any difference at all. The thump noise can be louder if I force the car to go in reverse by its own (without pressing accelerator pedal too much) when there is a road ramp. It is more quiet if I put in reverse and then make a quick hit at the accelerator. Maybe it's the haldex pump having problems engaging clutches??
