I have replaced my CIC business by a secon hand cic drive becouse mine has crashed while programming with ista/P.

The orginal one gets stucked by programming BO and I have blackscreen with no radio sound. Is there a fix for it?Maybe something like image of the harddisk what is working that i can copy on mine harddisk?

I bought a donor CIC drive, how can I activate navigation without can emulator. I have coded the doner CIC with ista/p (replaced module option). I have read that I need 3 codes from the local BMW dealer. I have bought the Rep code set with my orginal vin code,but I can't import them with ista/P and activate navigation option. Must I buy rep codes with the Vin number of the donor car?

How can I activate the navigation ?!

Problem is that VIN in CAS and VIN in CIC are different. Only way to make it work is to change one of it so that they match. But change Vin in Cic is difficult. And change vin in cas causes other problems..
Other option is to script activate the cic.

If car comes with cic bussiness for factory, you can ask FSC repair kit, in bmw dealer.
for import the best way is fstool.

Script activation, im not sure if can work in CIC Bussiness, i mean NO.

Change your CIC Vin with fstool and import FSC Codes from your vin

Change donor CIC vin by Tool32. Download original CIC fscs from ASAP then use fstool import all fscs into donor CIC. It should be worked.

Ok , try this why did yours crash ? try looping out tcu and reprogram old unit , if not only way to get code for used cic is to get vin from old unit, Google search there a guy who provides nav codes 50 lifetime , or use inpa to extract code from unit and use toolkjit to make your own nav code ! and on programming old unit make sure all cd dvd are out of unit if at all possible ! hope this helps .
