Any Experts on this winkfp CAS & DME Flash progamming with ZUSB No & VIN No

I wanna start my BMW E60 2008

I am having a difficult problem

I Ordered both modules from the BMW dealership comes With vin & Part Number already programmed in them but when i use INPA to read the UIF block, the Part Number only showed up but not the VIn. Number, in its place is all yyyyyyy.
   

So i decided to try flash these same modules for the BMW E60 CAS & DME Module using Winkfp 5.3.1 after i select update ZUSB No. and select the cas3 family, then i went to input the Vin number,then click OK, then click Done and click prog. ZB-Update it gives me error 211 after it went on to progress through it then gives me this Error 211.
   
What is the proper Procedure to use Winkfp to Program both the CAS & DME to facilitate a starting the engine for my BMW E60?

Last week i was trying to update an E90 EGS using DCAN cable, after 100% progress, got same error message as your, but only first line, code 2089
Problem solved using ICOM / ISTAP

CAS on E6x/E9x must be flashed with ignition off. First turn on ignition, then do all preparations. Just before you select "program", remove key from key slot.
