Doing remote coding for 6WB retrofit in F30. Brand new cluster, connected with Fibre optic from HU_Entry. Fibre optic is good, red light present.

Cluster working, when going into Sport mode, cluster changing colors etc.
Now does not show up in ESYS after I pressed READ ECU.
I added 6WB to the VO prior to that.

Reading SWT only shows BKOMBI and can't code anyway, timing out Ethernet error etc. REad ECU button, but no trace of cluster.

I am a bit lost, any pointers guys?

Isnt the kombi also connected to the ethernet? Im just shooting blind here, but i remember seeing this somewhere.

To have DKombi, I think you will need to write 6WA or 6WB to the VCM. But I am wondering if you did not see the DKombi in SVT, how did you code it?

Yeah that is my mistake I think, I was reading that I am supposed to change to 03/2017 which I have not done, so will test shortly. Thanks

If you can see the BKOMBI when press Read SVT then you need to modify your SVT in order to make the DKOMBI appear instead.
