Working on a 2008 2.2 Transit with various problems, both engine management and mechanical.

He mentioned he had the van mapped 2 months ago about the same time as the mechanical problems started (turbo and egr)

Could just be coincidence as the van does have high mileage but please could somebody, preferably a regular, take a look and let me know what they think.

Because, at this time...i'm not sure if the map he had done (the one that i have put a password on) is crap.
You know what its like here...people will download it and add it to their tuned file collection and maybe write it to a van and they, or their customer will be in the same situation with a destroyed van.
That is why i asked help from a regular, not just anyone.
