hello, I have an uncle with a bmw x5 E70 and the CIC started to restart when the car is stopped works fine but when it starts driving the CIC restarts several times. Could it be the disk? has already been flashing the CIC at BMW and still same say they have to buy a new system.

if it reboot itselve after a while, not immedialy after BMW logo appera, try to flash also bluetooth module, tv, amp, everything what sits on MOST.

already flash all drives and continue to reboot. seems to be from the trepidation when the car begins to move.

Hello, I continue with this problem in the E70 CIC. is always restarting more and more. and it seems that on streets with more holes or jagged more often rebuild. I noticed that sometimes the rear camera and the bluetooth does not work after the radio reboots. could be HDD problem? if you remove the HDD and connect the CIC without HDD does it work to be able to test if it restarts?

try to buy most loop and try to disconect bluetooth module than (have to loop MOST), than you can try same with other devices on most like TV, AMP, CD changer, also HUD is on MOST.

this is a common fault with alot of bmw head units, there are guys on ebay that can repair just search "BMW Pro CIC E60,E90,E93,E70,X5,X6 I Drive Navigation Repair Service"

repair is more expensive than buying a ready-made one. hdd should not be because I can play in the navigation and in the collection of music. when it turns off it stays black for some time but it continues to give music but if you press the buttons it does nothing and it takes about 30 seconds until the sound disappears and the BMW logo appears and start all over again.
