how to clone opel delco hsfi 2.1 ecu?

if i understand by that i have read, i have to read-write eeprom with carprog

and the same to flash with fgtech-kess-mpps....

i am right?

i have to do something else?

Best and easy way is to read pin code from both ECU using Carprog Tool and use Op-Com/Vaux-Com to reprogram it to your vehicle..............

if i need to transfer the flash?  (ecu with other s/w?)

if i transfer flash and eeprom, i still need programming the ecu? or is plag & play?

no, you only need the carpass (you can remove it with carprog pin) and with op-com reset ecu with the original ecu pin and then code with the pin of the vehicle and voila, you do not need to transfer flash, if the ecu belongs to it engine.
