How do you calculate (or where do you get) that Immo code & where and how will it be utilized ?

I have the transponder file and the Immo 9346 file, but obviously there is a transformation needed from the transponder data to become (some part of) the Immo 9346 data - how is that calculation done & can it be done "manually" (if so, what is the algorithm?) ? I can easily (re)program both 9346 & transponder chip, once I understand their common data logic.

I have two old Laguna I, and both would need second keys for them, before even these get busted... I have some other similar keys out of cars from a scrap yard, but turning them to operate with the existing ones is not that straightforward

Is it even doable without some Renault / Laguna specific HW & SW ?

Could someone perhaps kindly help me out ?

I will let you know how things progress - I'll try to find out the entire process on how to utilize this code for changing the 9346 eeprom data so that it matches with the ECU & the data that a transponder from another Laguna transmits.

But, am I stupid, or what... ? Just remembered that in fact the first car actually doesn't have its original ECU & IMMO anymore, but a set salvaged from a similar Laguna that is already recycled:
