Hello everyone i recently installed an clip version 137 in a laptop and i made it to work in car's. It appears the probe rlt 2002 and so on.
But know i connect the car and the laptop, open the Clip program and it not detects the rlt probe!
I'm desperate, need help!

Try on other usb port \ pc. I guess that ISO green light no lights on and this is bad. It's may be hardware problem.

Try reinstalling again by removing all the drivers and the application. This has been discussed extensively and numerous times over here. Find the appropriate post and hopefully it will troubleshoot your problem. As stated by the member it could be a hardware or a software problem, my guess is the software as you have said it was working, so the hardware can't break down so easily unless you've done something to it.
