Can 2008 TIGUAN, 5N, be done with carprog, is it the same as Golf 5?

I think I have the most expensive clone carprog, the price of the unit + twice reworked by 2 different people and genuine cable A1 it didn't want to work again, all I got was this

No only carprog and vvdi, can this be done if I remove the cluster, is there eeprom or mcu ?
