Yes I do agree as I have done quite a few of them on 2013/14 using Star Tool>>Engine ECU>>Engine Control Module Adaptation>> Vehicle Speed Limiter............



Edited: OK just found out that even a Carpro Tool can adjust the Speed Limiter on MB Sprinter but, you got to have that option in your Carpro Software.....see the attached youtube link.......
