Hi, I have the Audi concert radio AUZ2Z3D1195876 and I have this problem where the volume jumps to zero every time you try to adjust it. I am planning to change the eeprom 24LC16 with a new one which is well documented on youtube as a solution. However, I don’t have the code for the radio so I am little apprehensive in disordering the old chip and getting the dump file and while doing it breaking it. I was wondering if I could try any other dump file with code from another radio on new epprom to see if it will work. I guess I am asking if anyone be willing to supply alternative dump file with a code so I can play before potentially destroying my current radio.

The firmware for radio concert 0310 (if prefacelift e.g. B8) is available (with a disguised name) in the firmware files. Also for facelift B8.5 other firmware exist.
