(Solved)NBT Flash fail
Hi all,
I am facing this issue for the second time when flashing a NBT. BTLD/FLSL goes fine over UDS but SWFL fails all the time over HTTP. First time I solved it by flashing over UDS but don't want to spend another 3 day flash again. Anyone has a solution? Some extra info below. Esys 3.31(launcher V3) with direct ENET to OBD cable. Connected over gateway via E-SYS connection manager. LAN settings are on default. See attached picture from my problem. Also tried it with icom and router but still same issue. Also something else i noticed is that in network manager, lan adapter says no cable connected. While it is connected and orange/green light on laptop are on. It should at least tell me there is a cable connected but no internet connection possible? Guess I am missing something stupid but hope some of you got a solution. Kind regards Edit: found the issue network adapter in laptop is faulty. |

RE: NBT Flash fail
@tomushas
Without launcher same issue so not sure what else I need to look at in that thread? @litany Guess it is a laptop/software issue same problem with 2 NBT right after each other. Would be a lot of coincidence if both are "faulty". As mentioned first one flashed without any issue over UDS with icom. |

RE: NBT Flash fail
Sounds you may be having some issues with your network adapter?
I would try to update device driver for the NIC but also for the motherboard CHIPSET and check windows logs to see if it shows anything relevant. Usually I use a desktop for flashing HU BTL is fine so you are good. Restoring the rest is easy. I would try from a different PC (Desktop/Laptop) if I were you, probably gonna work. You don't even need to buy another ESYS PRO or ESYX license, just use normal ESYS |

@bmwcoder75
Thanks installing esys and psdz right now on other laptop going to try it tomorrow. If it works out with other laptop have to look into network adapter. Which i start to believe is the problem also have trouble with wifi connections sometimes... |
