it's taking long time while looking for car VIn and information and didnt give any error i use enet cable and it's working fine with any Fxx car
any help please?

Have you tried setting it in PAD mode? Pressing ignition key three times quickly within 0,8 seconds?

Which ISTA+ are you using? How long is it taking?

Mine does not take any longer for G-series than F/I-series with ENET.

Yes i use ista+ with emulator for dcan enet and istaP

version ISTA-D 4.05.31

can you give me a link to the ista software you use

NOT one minute,disconnect battery for 14 minutes toreset gateway and try again....

Try new ista 4.10.. with year it is g12? it possible have old version and can`t find your vin...
