Hie guys.Got an Opel that came with EDU fault and we replaced it,after that it had ECU faults which we rectified using Carprog and Op-com . Now there are no errors in fault memory but still no diesel coming out to the injectors.We have tried bleed it but still nothing.The solenoid on top of the diesel pump does open,but still...................what could be the problem .Cloned a working ECU to the car too just to be sure it wasn't the problem

Hello check for power at injectors also check pressure at fuel rail and return sounds like airlock in pressure rail to me common occurrence in some cars had many where had to remove fuel pressure regulator till fuel flows out Then replace and start

I just thought maybe no pressure rail and regulator on this model direct to injectors from pump if so loosen each injector union
A fraction and crank till fuel comes out each one then retighten should help release any air

But remember high pressure be careful !!!!!!

Ok so try what I said and loosen each injector union and clear air

As for glow plug fault try swap the big silver relay to another if you have 1 I may be wrong but think glow plug fault can cause non start at least did on my diesel vectra. You tried easy start to get it 2 fire try that then see if it runs.

i did use petrol on cloth on the intake and the gas forces it to run for a while just to try bleed the fuel system,but nothing happens,ju s little drop of diesel coming out ,only a drop.

Then the pump or solenoid is faulty or the ecu is not sending correct signal to pump etc especially if it will run on fumes from cloth.

If you can get to the solenoid easily see if you can remove ball bearing and spring then try again and see if it will run
