Hello, the scenario is:

Dell Latitude d630
Windows 7 32bits fully updated


Working fine, with others tools, i download xdos 19.9, unpack it then replace the file to make it work with x86 system, install it everything, at the end ask for restart the system, after restart, windows desktop popup at low resolution mode, then windows restart, no blue screen, just restart after show the desktop.

I start in secure mode, disable all the xentry start up and all the service, it still restarting.

Maybe driver issue? xentry maybe installed a 64bit driver in the 32bit windows?

no issues before, i had lastest odis,ista and more working fine.

Wasn't there a problem with those computers and the Bios?

Thank you gcs190 but is solved, it was a driver

Cheked with installeddriverslist that tell you the date where the driver was installed, and the registry location, so is easy to disable then reboot and check.
