F30 320xd ASD retrofit
I retrofitted ASD in my F30 320xd (k652100)
ASD part no: 65122622504, donor vin: bh83849 1. made an adapter cable that redirects the wires (tutorial will be posted at the end of the project) 2. VO code ASD to my car 3. Factory code of the ASD module Everything looks good, music works fine, but I don't have engine sound on the speakers :/ Tried many car/motor combinations and none worked :/ Do you have any ideas? BMW F30 LCI Sport Line (320 xDrive)

I did this on my car before 3 Years ago. I use Psdzdata v56 and esys 3.26 but I have old used module. With newer software/ecu I think is not possible. Code asd module with m3 fa

if you happy with diesel sound, change type to 35d or whenever you trying to get and code ASD, its what I did on my 30d and sounds very well without downgrades.

Can I just read my FA, modify the model to FV71, activate it, read ECUs and then code the ASD module? Without writing the modified FA to the car? Would this be the right procedure?
