you will need an up to date license to run ISTA/D without errors (I have one but not sharing for now). Try new fixer tool + istagui.exe.config. Should work if you are using old license:

The targetsize in the metafile is the same.

i took the original 3.50.32 and set the same values in the modded 3.50.42 to have one like the original.

after inserting a new license my launcher installed the new package.
