Could someone please assist with Mileage correction on C3 2005, or virgin BSI file

Bsi chip 95160
If i use dashboard service tool it picks up correct vin on level 4 BSI but incorrect km.
Dash 93c46
Dashboard service tool picks up correct km and changes it.

I tried tachosoft level 4 bsi where it tells you to put FF FF FF in a few places but i seem to have failed.

Km on clocks is 196000 km
I would like it to be 165000km
