What used tool in the photo to read the mileage real

I dont recognize program. i read something about 'transmission mileage'. When the car has dsg transmission, this also holds mileage.

any big diagnostic program can read tansmission mileage.. but also trouble codes..or some other modules like dpf hols mileage.. if you don't delete it then you can find it..
but it is easy to delete if you have such kind of tool.. I use fvdi myself for this.
transmission mileage is more difficult to delete, depending on year of birth of car.

not sure which audi this is, but if it has edc17 ecu type then mileage it is also stored in ecu, but you cannot read this easy with a program.. also dealer cannot do (at least to my last knowledge)
for older ecu types, it is possible to read mileage in ecu by obd, but it could be changed, so you might not find old mileage), you can use vagcom to read
