Remove negative lead terminal and wait 10 - 15 minute. your problem will be solved

No it hasn't. Tried that already and left it for 4 hours. Didn't change anything.

Yes no luck.
I did some investigation and it appears they did some repair work on the obd port to prefent theft. I've sent the customer back to the company who did this. It has no prio for my customer and they will check it again once the car is in for service. MGU virgin and patching in Europa.

Look behind the obd port and behind the FEM. The most "anti theft" protections are simple switches that are hide somewhere between these two. But you will see the cutted cable or shrink tubes. Somewhere must be a switch, that allow a connection(for service etc). Seen this already, in my case the switch was under the steering wheel console.
