Are the maps interchangeable?

I mean if I have a EUROPE next 2014-1 on my NBT can I replace it with a Premium or a move version?
Are there differencies between maps?

The maps are specific to the head unit you are using. The latest head unit is NBT and is using the "NEXT" maps. Prior head unit was CIC and was using "Premium". Business navigation is currently using "MOVE".

I do not see a reason why you would want to interchange the maps... but it can not be done.
