Help needed => Chiptuning Audi A4 B5 1.8T Quattro
Hello,
i need a little bit help. I bought a Audi A4 B5 1.8T Quattro with a chipped ECU. ECU is the 8d0907557t .The car is not running bad but I have a problem. Today i was at the germany TÜV and the car didn´t pass the exhaust test. The engineer means that the Chip is not good because the high CO-Level during the test. He thinks that the cars runs to rich. Can the high-Co-Level be a problem of the chip or any other Ideas? If somebody needs I can post the File Thanks for your help |

Is there a cat-delete problem maybe?
Or has the Cat died from fuel-overdose? Do you have the other values from the exhaust test? Flash ECU back to original and try again. |

the tüv engineer means that the car runs much too rich.

Ok, but what lambda value does it show (0.97-1.03)?
How high is the CO? |

Hehe, doesn´t get any leaner than that
If the injectors are OEM and the fuel pressure is close to OEM, then I guess you should try getting it back to original or buy a premium tuned file… Or.... read ECU and post file here, many competent people that can "read" the file and tell you what´s wrong with it... |
