"\ISTA-P\BMW\Services\data\ecudata\" folder

I used ISTA-P/3.60.1.003 but there are not E-series included (checked all zip files).
Wrong Data? Or just update files?

You're in the wrong area. Extract ISTA P and go into the extracted directory, as shown above. All of the chassis series are listed there. Trust me, I just did this yesterday

Latest Sp daten (for coding only) for E65.
There are good instructions how to retrieve from ISTA-P database, but unfortunately my "E-machine" is very old with very limited hd capacity etc. So I like to download as little as possible.
