Hi guys resume this post for same problem, I have format hd installed win7 sp1 64bit I have installed ediabas.msi installer, then last java v8.191, then installed vcredist 2005/2008/2010/2013/2015 x86 and x64, then installed framework 4.5 the 4.6 then vs90piaredist, then I have add ista reg file x64, then I have start istagui as administrator, but I have always same error as post 1, "Ista failed to start" sad

I think you have to install vredist 2017 and framework 4.7.2 as well for newest version of ISTA

Try reinstal standalone base files. maybee damaged .dll file. You can leave SQLite and SDP as they are.

Does anyone know what happens when you use older version of ISTA-D for diagnosis on car with new software version (I-level)? Can it still function OK or do you need to update ISTA?
