Bagi, my guess is you are using Win10. You need internet explorer for EWA Net to work. Try making internet explorer your default browser & reinstall.

First of all thank you for answering mate wink

I already tried using IE as my default browser but it did'nt help sad Still getting the error after several times of restarting my computer (Windows 10 indeed).

Do you have EPC & WIS installed in previous version of windows & then you upgraded to WIN 10 & now you are trying to upgrade EPC & WIS? Or are you doing a clean install?
Which Win 10 have you got?

I'm doing a clean install... I never used this software before...

The version of Windows is Windows 10 pro

Bagi, you know that this is EPC update? You need EPC Full 06.15 first then you can update to 09.15. Are you trying to install the Update on its own?
