2013 bmw x5 3.0d. Def was empty and customer drove to 0 miles now it won't start. 50 mile extension was already used by another shop. I know it only allows one instance with ista, we already found the issues but need to be able to reset the dme to allow it to start. Is there any way to do this? The dealer does it by using their IRap, there should be a way for us do it also. Anyone have clues? My only other choice right now is a new dme.
