Hi I've a corrupted dashboard eeprom with no vin ,mac serial etc,error in odometer no klms,without online tools what's best way to solve this
I've abrites and carprog tools
Can I flash another eeprom to cluster and repair from there.
Cluster details below If someone has same epprom could they share please..

You can't just use eeprom from another cluster. In simple words eeprom and flash are married, crypto. Online won't help you too, with this cluster. You can write full, flash and eeprom from another cluster and then adopt it. Or just get another cluster. The whole orig eeprom is broken ?

ok, i was able to recode the abs with a donor cluster, cluster came out of a different golf, everything works fine no dtcs but I have a solid red steering wheel I need to get rid of, anyone know how to code It out ,cars looking for hydraulic fluid but car doesn't have it,just need red wheel removed and I'm good. thank you...
