quick question, how far back should you install ISTA? I mean let say 4.40x to current 4.45 or 4.46. Does older files retain along with new ones? Or is it best to just start with current release. Oh this is iLean/ISPI I am speaking on.

Looks like v4.45.20 is stable and has no obvious bugs.

ISTA only maintains the latest programing data plus one previous version anyway. Thanks
