I have one non-starter Audi because of faulty BCM2 module. BCM isn't dead physically, it's only erased (someone tried key learning with inadequate tools and failed).
Now it's not possible to flash BCM with ODIS-E because there is no way to start the ignition. I tried many methods but no luck. Only way is to directly connect flash tool with BCM and reflash it.

For that I need regular BIN file and I have only original SGO (meant to be flashed with ODIS). Is there a way to properly convert SGO to BIN?
That nice little tool "SGO Extract" has only options for ECU converting, nothing for BCM's.

There is nothing to read on that BCM. It is erased. I don't know what tool was used when trying to code car key, but that tool caused this havoc.
So, now I have empty BCM that I am trying to save. Problematic BCM is Audi BCM2 type, part number: 8K0 907 064 CQ, software version: 0437, made by Hella (Hella no. 5DK 009 919-63HLH-W41).

News: I tried to import SGO to WinOLS via ODS importer, but it can not be imported properly. Problem is that ODS importer shows encryption error. So, no luck with that too...

On the back side ca OBD connector joint togheder pin 1 and 16 and you shud have ignition and try to flash with odis e if stll not working turn on hazard lights and try again with odis

StefanDST, thanks for idea, but I tried this method and no luck. Both with hazard lights, lights, "spamming" push key in ignition slot, and connecting pin 1 and 16 on OBD. Nothing helped to flash the BCM.
