need help editing ews 4.4
hello , e83 with edc17 ,  i have installed ecu and ews and keys from diferent car , orriginal ecu is bad .
but original ews is good .
can some one help to transfer vin number from original ews to donor
or trannsfer isn from donor ews to original .

I did one myself as well but haven't test it . Will compare it with yours and see if I did it right. First time working with ews and hate it . Cas3+ so easier to work with . But at least learn something new . Thanks everyone. Hope it worked. This car been just pain ... but now I know edc17 and ews4 is not something I like to work . Till now I been working only cas3,4 bcm , way less complicated.
Thx again everyone. I'll report if work and check myself if my gile as as yours or I messed something up .

I want you try also to fix original ecu . New set only one key , original set 2 keys . What do I need to transfer to ecu isn and password ? Isn short ? Where it is located eeprom or flash ? It is better I learn how to do it one time and don't ask here to get ready file . Thx
