You can not plug&play a cic! There are FSC Codes based on your VIN. Now the VIN of FSC doesn´t match with your car´s VIN and things like Navigation, SVS...will be grayed out.
U can use a CAN Filter...or maybe someone is able to activate via scripts. |

...i can SVS and Navigation activate with script, work perfectly. Your CIC must send me, and 2016 Map there for free.
