With tool32 for example. But I have never done it so I don't know step by step how. Other solution is to use newer FSC Package. I have some and could share. From which date are the fsc in your cic now?

And you will never do it with tool32. Anyway it is easier to just install newer set of codes.

I need some assistance in order to enable SAT on E70.
As noted before:
1. Start your FStool Software and click connect.
2. Once connected, Go to Parameter and put Diagnostic Address (??? What should it be here ???), Appl.Nr (6F), Upgrade Index (1) and your VIN.
3. Go to Enabling Codes, select From File then choose your FSC code for 6F. (Must be decoded first)(???What does that mean???)
4. Go to SWT Develop, select STORE_FSC and execute.

Other then the "???" am I missing something.

Diagnostic Address - is the address of module on the bus - it should be 63 or 0x63 (it is in hex notation)
must be decoded - means that you have to use base64 decode function on that FSC file. (try google it for some utility eg. https://sourceforge.net/projects/base64/)

SAT as in Satellite Radio (SiruisXM), and it requires a 6F FSC Code.

Hey everyone! Been having trouble getting FStool to work right with my car. I'm trying to load a 78 code to enable Sirius on my BMW professional radio. I retrofitted a 2012 H/U into my 2007 so it has the Sirius tuner built into it.

I keep getting the 10802 no matter what I do in FStool. I am able to use INPA, and I've already used WinkFP to update the RAD2 to the latest software with my VIN in it.

Any ideas? I saw that someone else had that same error but I wasn't sure of the fix.
