stage 2 tuning isnt going to help if the car is broken down

We dont understand what you mean by needing a stage 2 remap when the car as broken down.
stage 2 remaps isnt for a standard car you need to have other mods to the car too and as i said if the car is stuck in the street (in a bad place) then best option is towing to a garage for repair.

no remap stage 1 or higher is going to fix this car
