Download this kb to your computer and stop run win uptate,restart pc and then run the first kb.you must have win professional or ultimate

Correct me if I'm wrong ,KB3033929 is for Win7 x86 and KB2921916 for x64 ?

I don't know why I can't install KB2921916 on Win7 Ultimate x64 ....

Your best bet is to either go to the sellers forum and buy from the sharks or Search the forums and read and learn how to do it on your own

After several hours finally I fix my problem and instalation finished succesful.

The problem was in 2 required Windows Update :

KB3033929 - Security Update ,and KB2921916 - Hofix

They MUST be installed for ODIS 3.1.x

So ODIS 3.1.3 works.
